CPIA Logo

The Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation stands for professionalism, commitment to professional training and results, and technical knowledge. Courses are comprehensive hands-on, how-to training program for insurance professionals, producers, sales support staff, and company personnel.

To earn the CPIA designation you are required to participate in a series of three, one-day seminars - NO EXAMS!

The Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation offers 3 core courses (CPIA 1, 2 and 3) for the insurance professional that needs to hone their sales ability.  Valid for CE in many states, these courses assist the young and mid-career insurance professional with foundational knowledge for top notch customer service and sales. Gain understanding how their actions can result in positive results while reducing E&O exposures.

Advanced courses offer several subjects and are open to all seeking the designation, CPIA Designees or mid to senior level insurance professionals.  These courses walk through many aspects of E&O loss control, planning, business continuity, disaster recovery, coverage recommendations, risk management techniques to develop your professional knowledge.

It might be surprising to many that your personality plays a big part in how you sell. Whether you are modest, curious, goal oriented, confident, or instinctual, CPIA modules round out the best for insurance sales techniques.
Consider earning a CPIA Designation to give you the advantage for improved sales goals and results.
