PIA National Wants 12 Minutes — An Important Survey

PIA National has set up a survey to help the association’s leaders better understand your needs. All responses are confidential and will be reported as a total. The entire survey will take you about 12 minutes.

These are 12 very important minutes.

PIA National wants to know the biggest challenges you’ll face in the next three to five years. These include challenges with carriers, difficult state regulations and regulators, low compensation, and even no compensation in some markets, training, competition, the high cost of day-to-day operations, your workload and more.

The association’s survey wants to know your goals for the next three to five years. This includes improving selling, assistance with cross-selling, efficiency in your operation, expansion, succession, improving cash flow, client retention and expanding into new markets.

PIA National also wants to know what you want from the association. Among the choices is the advocacy for you by PIA National and the affiliates like the PIA Western Alliance states. The survey asks about networking, working with technology, business operations, your mental health and do you need burnout support.

It also asks what you want from PIA National in the future. More public awareness of the role of agents? More advocacy, education and training, technology support, market access? And more.
